12. PERMISSION REQUIRED

This application has two main functions:

We use these permissions to identify individual accounts so that you can connect to the right friends using their phone numbers. The call log and contacts permissions must be enabled securely through in-app permissions or settings on your mobile device. You can turn off the permissions at any time, but depending on which permissions you turn off, some or all features may not work properly.
Additionally, we want to make it clear that we do not store any of your contacts or call logs on our servers and any processing is done on your device only.
To connect to friends, users can enter their phone number or scan a QR code.
Therefore, camera permission is required for the Add Friend function to scan the QR code to work properly.
Users can revoke permission by deleting the app's data or going to the settings on their device to revoke permission.
